• Delegate project tasks to team members based on their skills and capabilities

• Oversee project deliverables to ensure completion within the set timeline

• Support project team members in completing their assigned tasks

• Serve as a point of contact when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
