We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accountant in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. The role will involve various accounting practices and software systems in a dynamic workplace setting.
Responsibilities:
• Perform accounting functions such as payables, receivables, fixed assets, and reconciliations
• Utilize accounting software systems for data entry and management
• Execute ADP - Financial Services for accurate financial reporting
• Implement ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient business process management
• Utilize Cl Programming skills for system optimization
• Employ Concur for streamlined expense management
• Conduct regular auditing to ensure financial compliance and transparency
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) to maintain financial stability
• Balance sheet account preparation and management for accurate financial overview
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the accounting department.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is desirable.
• Knowledge of Cl Programming is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Concur is beneficial.
• Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.
• Ability to perform Accounting Functions is essential.
