Typical work week is about 50+ hours. Monday through Friday, with work on 3 out of 4 Saturdays during summer months. The current 2nd shift hours are 3:20pm - 11:40pm, but the schedule may extend from 3:20pm to 2am. Pay will start at $21/hr with a $1.35 shift premium. You will be performing production MIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel, and reading blueprints.

This is a weld shop environment in an older building, so it is a dirty work environment.

Each welder gets their own welding cell, but they are close to each other.

Music is allowed, making the environment loud with music, grinding, and other metal work.

The facility will be moving to a new location in Kentwood, MI by the end of 2024.

This is a contract role through the end of October or longer, with an open-ended contract.
