Position: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Cape Elizabeth, ME
Pay: Competitive rate of $45-55 per hour

Job Description:
- Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexibility in scheduling
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with communication and swallowing disorders in Cape Elizabeth.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in clients of all ages.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings, focusing on improving communication skills.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to achieve individual goals.
- Stay current with best practices and research in speech-language pathology to provide high-quality services.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Current Maine state license in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for licensure.
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Experience working with diverse populations and a strong understanding of various speech and language disorders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
