Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Utilize project management tools such as Atlassian Jira and Asana to track project progress and manage tasks
• Work with various cloud technologies to implement and upgrade systems
• Oversee CRM systems to optimize customer relationship management
• Use your knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies to improve project efficiency
• Create and manage the project scope documents to ensure all project requirements are met
• Implement and adhere to standard operation procedures throughout the project lifecycle
• Use Microsoft Excel to track project data and generate reports
• Manage the project budget processes, ensuring all financial aspects of the project are kept on track
• Utilize your strong communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders, ensuring everyone is kept informed of project progress.• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is expected.
• Demonstrated experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
• Strong database management skills required.
