Your Impact:

• Role: Full-time position in a nurturing and collaborative school environment.
• Setting: Onsite, delivering essential speech therapy services.
• Focus: Assisting students from elementary through secondary levels (K-12) in achieving their communication goals.
• Hours: Standard school day hours, providing a balanced work-life schedule.

What You'll Do:

• Therapy Services: Focus on delivering therapy sessions without the burden of evaluations.
• Manage Caseload: Work with approximately 60 students per therapist, ensuring individualized attention and support.
• Collaborate: Partner with teachers, parents, and school staff to provide holistic support.
• Monitor Progress: Document and adjust therapy plans based on student progress.
• Engage: Provide effective one-on-one or small group therapy sessions.

A Day in the Life:
Begin your day with a warm welcome from your colleagues and students. Mornings might include delivering therapy sessions tailored to meet student needs. At lunch, collaborate with teachers and parents to discuss strategies and progress. Continue therapy sessions and planning in the afternoon. Conclude each day knowing you've made a meaningful impact.

What Were Looking For:

• Licensure: Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Texas.
• Experience: Experience in school settings preferred, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with an ability to engage with diverse student populations.
• Commitment: Dedication to enhancing students' speech and language skills.
