Job Description: Soliant is seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. As an OT, you will work with individuals of all ages to assess, plan, and implement therapy programs to help them develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills. You will collaborate with educators, healthcare professionals, and families to create personalized treatment plans that enhance our clients' ability to perform everyday activities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients' physical, emotional, and social abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy sessions using a variety of techniques and tools.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support client success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on occupational therapy goals.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a school setting is a plus.
