Job Description: Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Bremen, Georgia. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with individuals of K-12 agesto promote independence and improve their ability to perform daily activities and tasks. You will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' quality of life.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Georgia
• Previous experience in a school setting
• IEP experience preferred but nor required
• Experience with AAC devices

Responsibilities:

• Conducting prehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning
• Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
• Providing therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and activities of daily living
• Educating patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment to promote independence
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outes
• Documenting patient progress, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to regulatory requirements
