Details:

Full Time Opening for 2024-2025 School Year

• 37.5 hours per week
• PreK-8
• Typical duties include:
  • support for classroom inquiries (e.g., student has rash, student has fever)
  • attention to 2 Gabilan classrooms with students who are medically fragile/chronically ill
  • health assessments for IEPs
  • participation in some IEP meetings
  • documentation of services
  • staff training
    • especially at beginning of school year
    • training for staff on specialized physical health care needs (i.e., med administration, g-tube, seizure monitoring)
  • State reporting (i.e., immunizations)
  • vision and hearing screenings of students
