We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Manager in Duluth, Georgia. This role involves overseeing our accounts payable operations, ensuring accuracy in our financial data, and facilitating a smooth flow of transactions in our accounting software systems. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including but not limited to: accounts payable, accrual accounting, and auditing

• Utilize accounting software systems such as Sage Intacct and QuickBooks for data processing and regular account monitoring

• Ensure efficient handling of account coding and automated clearing house (ACH) transactions

• Implement and uphold procedures for payment processing

• Handle accounts payable duties, ensuring all financial transactions are executed accurately and timely

• Regularly audit financial data for accuracy and make necessary corrections or updates

• Oversee the management of customer accounts, initiating appropriate action as needed

• Utilize Intacct ERP for efficient management of accounting functions

• Ensure adherence to all financial regulations and stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically in managing Accounts Payable.

• Proficiency in accounting software systems.

• Strong skills in data processing and analysis.

• Deep understanding of accounting functions and principles.

• Proven track record in conducting audits.

• Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.

• Familiarity with Intacct ERP and Sage Intacct.
