Robert Half is recruiting for, a dynamic multi-million-dollar company, who is seeking to hire a proficient Financial Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
Job Role:
As a Financial Controller, your essential duties and responsibilities will include ensuring the accuracy of our financial results, supervision of a small staff, providing management with necessary financial analyses to assist in decision-making activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all company accounts
Develop financial and tax strategies and manage capital requests
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting and tax filings
Develop and maintain internal control policies that align with company procedure and ensure minimal financial risk
Prepare all monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports required
Perform and oversee the monthly budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow
Oversee and manage company insurance programs
Maintain relations with external auditors and investigation of their findings and recommendations
Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls
Oversee accounts payable and receivables team.
Other related special projects.
Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
Minimum of 7 years of overall combined accounting and finance skills
Strong month and close reporting experience is needed.
Supervisory experience is needed.

• Proficiency in overseeing accounting functions
• Expertise in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in conducting month-end close processes
• Familiarity with maintaining and managing general ledger
• A relevant degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in using financial software and databases
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and mentor a team.
