We are offering an opportunity for a Controller in Newport Beach, California, in the automotive industry. This role involves overseeing multiple locations, leading a team of 7-10 people, and handling high volume transactions. The Controller will also be required to travel once per week for meetings and will be part of a collaborative, hardworking team.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the financial operations of multiple locations including two in Newport Beach and two in San Diego.
• Lead and manage a team of 7-10 people, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Handle high volume transactions, with the company selling approximately 800 cars per month.
• Travel once per week for meetings, contributing to the company's strong technical accounting team.
• Collaborate with the team to execute tasks and projects, while maintaining a fun work hard/play hard atmosphere.
• Use accounting software systems like 3M, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Crystal Reports to manage accounting functions.
• Ensure accurate processing of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Conduct regular audits and oversee budget processes.
• Leverage skills in automotive sales and AWS CDK.
• Utilize strong leadership skills to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.• Possession of proficiency in 3M
• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
