We have partnered with an established manufacturing company to identify an experienced Compensation Director for their growing team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
•Designs, implements and administers all compensation programs including base salary, incentive pay, equity plans and executive compensation.
•Ensures compensation programs and objectives are competitive in the market, equitable internally, and remain within budgetary parameters.
•Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommends changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends.
•Provides advice on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.
•Designs creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs and incentive plans.
•Develops techniques for compiling, preparing and presenting data.
•Champions timely and robust data collection and analysis processes that support research and market, pay equity, and other compensation studies.
•Oversees the messaging to employees to promote clarity and reinforce the value of compensation programs.
•Responsible for engaging and managing external vendors.
Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or related field and 10+ years of progressive experience. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) credentials required. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) professional credentials preferred.
