Location: Santa Maria, CA

Schedule: 40 hrs./week, dayshift

Gross Weekly Pay: $1710.35 (travel stipends included)

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurate preparation of I.V. solutions and medications under the supervision of the pharmacist in accordance with established procedures
• Must rule general principles of sterility and dosing associated with the pounding of all I.V.s with extreme accuracy
• All calculations must be double checked on all dosing putations
• STAT requests must be given priority and job responsibilities will be provided for patients of all ages
• Other related duties may be assigned by the Pharmacist in Charge

Qualifications:

• Certified Pharmacy Technician by the California Board of Pharmacy, active and in good standing
• Must have recent chemo/oncology pounding experience, required
• Full time availability
• PTCB, required
