Growing Virginia Family Law firm is seeking to hire 1-2 experienced Family Law Attorneys located in the Orange County, Viriginia area to handle their Orange County/Culpepper/Charlottesville family law cases. This is a great opportunity for someone who is an independent worker and has a few years of family law experience. The firm's partners work out of their Stafford office, but they are opening up a new location in the greater Fredericksburg area. This is an in-office position with the opportunity to work from home as needed.

Base Salary: $90-140K depending on experience

Bonus incentives are based on billable hours and money collected

Associates can make $200K+ total comp

Requirements/Qualifications:

• This candidate MUST be licensed in Virginia and located in the Orange County, Virginia area
• The ideal candidate will have several years of Virginia family law experience, but they will consider strong litigation/trial experience
