• Experience with Jury Trials
• Ability to summarize and handle Depositions effectively
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to ethical and confidentiality guidelines

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of personal injury litigation cases from inception through trial
- Effectively negotiate settlements with insurance companies
- Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
- License to practice law in the state of Missouri
- Proven personal injury litigation experience
