Job Description:

As a Data Labeler, you will help label training data to feed machine learning algorithms. Specifically, you will be responsible for analyzing, curating, and categorizing large amounts of data.

Responsibilities
• As a Data Labeler, you will help label training data to assist in the development of machine learning algorithms
• Participates in data labeling meetings and receives guidance and instructions from management

Qualifications
• Required
o Experience: No prior experience required
o Comfortable reviewing, analyzing, and tagging hundreds to thousands of data points per day
o Detail-oriented and patient
o Based in the US and authorized to work in the US
o Technically inclined, exposure or experience using technical systems
o Proactive communicator
o Strong ability to focus for long periods of time to ensure accuracy
o Basic familiarity on products and services offered by banks and credit unions
o Ability to follow and interpret instructions and procedures to accomplish assignments
o Ability to detect errors and initiate or arrange corrective action; follows through with cognizant parties to ensure resolution
o Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

o Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software
o Experience with Webex or similar communication platform (i.e. Microsoft Teams)
o Familiar with using web-based applications
o An interest in machine learning or software engineering
o Familiarity with Contact Centers
o Experience that demonstrates knowledge, understanding, and application of operational support skills, methods, and procedures, preferably in a financial institution
