We are in search of an Application Support Analyst to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Working within the Information Technology industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining our business, legal, and financial applications. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing faults and errors, implementing new applications, and ensuring that our systems comply with industry standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for business, legal and financial applications • Diagnose and resolve faults and errors within applications • Produce reports and create documentation for responsible applications • Conduct backup and upgrade procedures for existing applications • Assess the need for and implement new applications • Collaborate on the integration of incoming data and processing of outgoing data • Work closely with other IT professionals, legal staff, and management to accomplish organizational goals • Participate in cross-functional teams for system integration and improvement projects • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for systems, processes, and procedures • Ensure compliance of legal software systems with industry standards and regulations • Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard sensitive legal information.• Applicant must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Database management and maintenance.
• Experience with Active Directory is necessary.
• Familiarity with Backup Technologies is required.
• Demonstrable skills in Configuration Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is a must.
• Experience with Azure SQL Database is required.
• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory is essential.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Relevant certification or degree in Information Technology or related field is preferred.
