About VocoVision: VocoVision connects skilled tele-practitioners with schools, providing a platform that allows for effective treatment, instruction, assessment, and support of individual students or entire caseloads. Our flexible system enables seamless collaboration with teachers and students, offering both long-term and short-term work opportunities.

VocoVision provides School Psychologists with a remote opportunity to work with K-12 students. Our certified independent contractors deliver services through live videoconferencing using a HIPAA/FERPA-compliant platform. We provide all the necessary software, training, and technical support to help you transition your on-site expertise to an online setting.

Position Details:

• Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week
• Virtual Assessments and Observations: Conducted with support from an onsite facilitator
  • Experience in teletherapy is a plus
• Varied Caseload: Work with higher-functioning students for observations and assessments
• Caseload Type: Mild to moderate
• Compensation: Paid weekly
• Flexible Schedule: Autonomous work environment

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in School or Educational Psychology
• Active Michigan licensure
• Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous for conducting bilingual assessments
• Proficient in IEP processes
• Strong communication skills

Contract Responsibilities:

• Provide direct services and evaluations as required
• Perform data collection, report writing, and parent scheduling outside of school hours
• Collaborate with school staff and parents as needed, adhering to school or regulatory guidelines
• Ensure timely documentation for IEPs, evaluations, and progress reports according to state and local requirements
• Handle case management, including scheduling, writing, and managing IEPs, and preparing for and conducting IEP meetings
