About VocoVision: VocoVision links skilled tele-practitioners with schools, offering a platform designed for effective student support, including assessment, instruction, and encouragement. Whether working with individual students or managing a full caseload, our flexible platform facilitates smooth collaboration with teachers and students. VocoVision provides School Psychologists with a remote position to work with K-12 students. Our certified independent contractors deliver services through live video conferencing on a HIPAA/FERPA-compliant platform. We supply all the software, training, and technical support needed to shift your in-person skills to a virtual environment.

Position Overview:

• Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week
• Virtual Assessments and Observations: Conducted with assistance from an onsite facilitator
  • Experience in teletherapy is a plus
• Diverse Caseload: Work primarily with higher-functioning students for assessments and observations
• Caseload: Mild to moderate
• Payment: Weekly compensation
• Work Schedule: Flexible and autonomous

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in School or Educational Psychology
• Valid Michigan state license
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus for conducting bilingual assessments
• Experience with IEPs
• Strong communication abilities

Contract Duties:

• Deliver direct services and perform evaluations as needed
• Complete data collection, report writing, and scheduling with parents outside of school hours
• Collaborate with school staff and parents in accordance with school policies and regulations
• Ensure timely documentation for IEPs, evaluation reports, and progress reports as required by state and local laws
• Manage cases, including scheduling, drafting, and overseeing IEPs, and preparing for and conducting IEP meetings
