Responsibilities:

• Oversee the merger project, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively

• Liaise with the CEO and other stakeholders throughout the project

• Use knowledge of healthcare and managed care to inform decision-making

• Utilize PMP certification to manage the project independently

• Handle change management within different healthcare networks

• Oversee the shift of IT systems, ensuring smooth transition

• Utilize skills in accounting software systems and financial services to manage project budget

• Apply knowledge of business systems, CRM, and ERP to streamline project processes

• Execute accounting functions, auditing, and billing functions as needed

• Manage budget processes efficiently and effectively.
