We are actively hiring an Accounting Analyst for a locally owned company in Greensboro. If you are interested in working for a quickly growing company with a strong presence across NC, this job is for you! 

An ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree in accounting (or a related field), have excellent excel skills and a minimum of 2 years of general accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs

• Handling accounts payable for separate entities and vendors

• Analyzing workflow processes

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors

• Prepare financial reports and perform analysis

• Processing due invoices for payments

• Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts

• Reconcile credit card and cash deposits

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of accounting experience necessary

• Bachelors degree in accounting (or a related field)

• Strong organizational skills

• Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable

Pay is dependent on experience but range is $55,000-65,000 with excellent benefits!
