The Controller will play a vital role in the financial management of the organization, working closely with various departments to ensure the accuracy of financial data. This position will be instrumental in the accounting functions, accounts payable and receivable, auditing, budget processes, and month-end close within the company.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all general accounting functions including the accounts payable and receivable, and the month-end close process.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure financial data accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Develop and maintain internal control systems to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare and present financial reports, highlighting any significant budget variances, to the management team.
• Develop and implement budget processes to enhance financial forecasting and planning.
• Continuously improve and streamline accounting systems and operations to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide financial guidance.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of business transactions.
• Develop strategies to minimize financial risk.

• Demonstrated expertise in Accounting Functions

• Proficient in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Must have degree in Accounting or Finance

• Capable of conducting Budget Processes

• Familiarity with Month End Close processes
