Services: Audios Non-DOT Drug Testing, DOT Drug Testing, Pre-Employ Phys Police/FF Phys Breath/Alcohol Test Dispensary YES

Medical Assistant Requirements: Will consider training on 2-3 skills geared toward Occ Med, such as vision testing and ear lavage. Hearing (Audiometry)testing - Vision testing - Spirometry - Assist w/ well woman visit with pap smear - Drug screens (blood & Urine) Breath alcohol testing - Ear lavage Breathing treatment w/ Nebulizer Light (superficial) wound care Suture removal Tier

3: All provider must be available 30 days plus and must be able attend 4 consecutive days of training on-site.
