Position: MedSurg Ortho/Neuro RN
Location: Florence, South Carolina (part of MUSC)
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Duration: 8 Weeks
Status: Accepting Candidates
Shift: 3x12-hour Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Start Date: To be determined based on candidate availability

• Patient Ratios: 1:6-7
• Weekend Requirements: Yes, every other weekend (minimum Sat and Sun)
• On-Call Requirements: No, unless placed on call due to census; if placed on call, there is an 8-hour call requirement.
• Floating Requirements: Yes, within the scope to meet facility needs and may float between like units or sister facilities.

• Experience Required: Preferably 2 years of Med/Surg experience.
• First-Time Travelers: Yes, open to reviewing applicants on an individual basis, depending on experience.
• License Required: SC license or pact license must be in hand prior to start.
• Certifications Required: BLS
• Skills Preferred: Ortho/Neuro experience preferred.

• Block Schedule: Approval can be requested prior to assignment but is not guaranteed.
• Local Radius: 60 miles
• Locals Accepted: No
• Requested Time Off (RTO): Must be included at the time of submission; approval based on facility needs.
• Guaranteed Hours: The facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.
