As a Director of Technology, you will be a core member of RBW supporting our growth and effectiveness. You will be playing a key part in the delivery of critical programs that are strategically aligned to our overall business strategy including Industry 4.0 and growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for IT operations, including management of business applications, management of end user desktop/laptop computers and software, management of network communications equipment, management of systems security processes
- Accountable for the design, implementation and maintenance of IT systems and software
- Responsible for Identifying, evaluating, and recommending other key technologies required to support and improve the business processes
- Responsible for technical projects to ensure they are aligned with organizational strategic objectives and key results
- Ability to manage a complex mix of projects while optimizing resource allocation based on strategy and business goals
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including operations, network architecture, systems engineering, and cybersecurity initiatives.

- Yield - Custom developed MES
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in IT management
- Proven experience in leading successful implementation projects
- Experience managing teams of IT professionals
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security
- Manufacturing experience, inventory, physical goods, etc
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
