Job Description
American Technology Services, Inc. (ATS) is a Managed Services Provider (MSP) and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) operations and is looking for a talented leader that likes interacting with people. This is service based company, and this is a client-facing position. You will be responsible for fostering meaningful relationships with your team alongside guiding them to deliver technical expertise to our clients. This position not only addresses technical challenges but also provides strategic advisement for the clients' business objectives to ensure a progressive partnership

Qualifications
TASK AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Responsible for leading and developing a team of Technical Consultants
- Establish and Support development goals
- Meet regularly to give guidance and feedback
- Analyze customer data to map alignment for best technology
- Evaluate projects and technical design to ensure they are following best practice and meeting customer requirements
- Work closely with the broader IT team to improve project delivery, expand technical expertise and identify areas of development for the team
- Ensure direct reports response to a timely manner and provide resolution within agreed upon service level agreement.
- Implement and standardize IT support policies, procedures, and customer concerns.
- Update and maintain IT Assets, software Documentations, Processes, Communication, Vendors, Credentials and Technology Solutions.
- Collaborate with Third-Party vendors and service providers to address technical issues
- Continuously review team performance and improve process and procedures
- Act as a crucial point of contact between our distributed team and clients providing customized solutions based on their specific needs
- Provide Technical support for hardware, software, application, and related technologies
- Verify system functionality and follow up on service request to ensure resolutions
- Collaborate with broader team to ensure compliance with company standards
- Manage business and IT collaborators.
- Additional requirements may exist if offer of employment is extended
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- 7 + years of experience of experience leading MSP, MSSP, IT Support or Help Desk team.
- ITIL certifications or experience with ITSM tools
- Travel is required up to 20%
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills with empathy and an ability to understand customer needs.
- A "can do" attitude and "follow through" approach to providing solutions to clients.
- Ability to work individually & follow set company processes/procedures.
