We are looking for a seasoned EDI analyst to support the day-to-day IT functions associated with EDI processing of wholesale sales documents across several platforms: Partnerlinq, SPS Commerce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.  Resolving daily inbound and outbound EDI issues. Onboarding new customers as we continue to expand into new markets and collaborating cross functionally with Sales Operations, AR and IT to define and implement business solutions to meet our current needs.  

What you'll get to do:

• On board new EDI customers, performing all testing and certification processes 
• Troubleshoot errored documents failing to process thru Partnerlinq and/or SPS Commerce as well as customer generated EDI failure documents. 
• Monitor shipment confirmations from the WMS landing in D365 to generate 856 & 810 
• Within EDI process manage 832 upload to SPS commerce, troubleshoot any issues regarding product catalog.   
• Provide product catalog data to customers requesting in XML format on a seasonal basis 
• Upload seasonal style data to NuOrder B2B selling tool 
• Provide timely end user support, responds to queries, resolve and/or escalate issues related to D365, EDI transactions. 
• Periodically reviews EDI system to ensure client needs are met; identifies modifications as required. 
• Research and dispute charge backs from wholesale customers related to EDI documents.  

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred 
• 5+ years directly related work experience 
• Experience with EDI documents in X12 standards (850, 855, 860, 865, 856 and 810) 
• Able to work effectively in a fast-past environment with cross functional teams. 
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently 
• Recognize and recommend process improvement 
• Ability to problem solve independently 
• Data driven and proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in excel 
• Full Circle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Comparable ERP experience preferred 
• SPS commerce experience preferred

The salary range for this role is $100,000 per year - $115,000 per year.
