We are looking for a qualified Accounting Manager who has experience in managing an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable team, is familiar with various accounting concepts; such as inventory management, AP/Purchasing, cash receipts application, fixed assets, disbursements and other areas that will arise from time to time. Responsibilities will include:

• • GL Account Reconciliation
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Month End Closings
  • Managing all accounting for foreign subsidiary
  • Participating in Audit and Census Processing
  • Gathering Information for Contract Bidding
  • Assisting in Processing of Payroll
  • Managing Senior leaders of our AR/AP Team

Required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience managing senior leaders
• Familiar with Lease Accounting Rules
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

Preferred skills and qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (NAV)
• Experience working with foreign currency
• Experience with sales and use tax
