LHH has an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Manager with a well-established company in Greensboro. You will work directly with senior leadership and will be responsible for managing a staff and processing payroll in multiple states. To be considered for this position, you must have strong hands on experience with payroll processing and a Bachelor's degree would be preferred.
Payroll Manager responsibilities include:
Processing payroll for up to10,000 employees in multiple states
Have an understanding of accounting and payroll tax provisions
Supervising a staff and reviewing performance
Handle any issues resulting from the payroll processing
Your qualifications:
BS in Accounting, Business, or Finance preferred
Strong leadership skills managing a team
10 + years of experience in payroll processing
Technically proficient with ERP systems and Excel
Have excellent communication skills, be goal oriented, and efficient
