SNF Solutions is a nationwide, full-service billing and consulting firm focused exclusively on the unique needs of Skilled Nursing Facilities. We are looking for a remote SNF (Nursing Home) Collections Specialist who is detail-oriented and highly organized. Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task.
We are looking to fill several full-time and part-time positions. Pay is determined based on experience and can be discussed.
EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE familiarity with:
- PCC
- SNF Billing
- Collections and Follow-Up
- Claim Submission
Familiarity with any of these is good, but not required:
- MatrixCare
- Ability now Involan
- Waystar
- Availity
- As well as multiple Insurance/Managed Care Claim Web Portals
MUST HAVE Experience with billing:
- Medicare
- Medicaid (Multiple States a plus)
- Managed Medicaid (Multiple States a plus)
- Insurance and Managed Care Insurance
- Co-Insurance
Skills:
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Efficient in follow-up on outstanding claims.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- English proficiency required.
