We are looking for a BCBA to cover a caseload of 10 clients, Each client having 3-4 hours of supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions to clients, focusing on behaviors modifications and skill acquisition
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment plans
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians or other staff members
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health and developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
- Proficient computer skills for documentation purposes
