Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Soledad, CA

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
• Provide direct supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other staff members.
• Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
