Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Soledad, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral and developmental needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide direct supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other staff members.
- Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection and analysis.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disorders is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
