About the Role:

The primary role of the Marketing Specialist is to craft and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive company growth and engagement. The Marketing Specialist will analyze market trends to develop targeted campaigns across various channels, including events, digital, and social media. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, manage advertising efforts, and track performance metrics. The ideal candidate will be creative, and data-driven, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and be adept at using marketing tools and platforms to achieve measurable results.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive external brand awareness and business growth, as well as manage internal marketing for employees
• Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including digital and social media, emails and print
• Analyze market trends and client data to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance
• Collaborate with service, sales, and other key teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations
• All other tasks as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications, OR minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or a related role
• Must be a team player and a clear communicator
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possesses the ability to take ownership of a project and see it through to completion
• Detail-oriented
• Must be able to work in our Lakewood, NJ office
• Experience with graphics a plus
• Experience with event planning a plus
• Experience with videography a plus
