Job Description:
We are Hiring Immediately for a Marketing Specialist position in an exciting warehouse facility!

Skilled Marketing Assoicate to contribute to the planning and execution of company marketing and advertising initiatives. Will be playing a crucial role in understandig the complete marketing mix and utilizing market research and consumer behavior analysis to drive effective strategies. Proficiency in creating and analyzing spreadsheets and quantitative data is essential for interpreting key metrics such as ROI and KPIs. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a successful marketing plan with upper-level management's assistance. 
• Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly. 
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities. 
• Gather and analyze consumer behavior data. 
• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates. 
• Assist with organizing promotional events. 
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
