Logistics Manager

[Job Description]
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and evaluate 3rd party warehouse company/as well as freight forwarder
• Develop budget parameters for 3rd party warehouse and inbound transactions
• Analyze data and generate monthly reports, comparing forecasts to actual
• Communicate with ISR to find best solution for outbound shipment from warehouse to customers
• Monitor in-bound materials from Asia affiliates and coordinate with third party custom clearance
• Manage 3PM companies for in-bound and out-bound
• Maintain POD (proof of delivery) from warehouse, coordinating with warehouse
• Develop and maintain new route from warehouse to customers
• Develop and improve logistics with sales team
• Share trends of logistics with sales team
• Support contingency related with logistics
• Support HQ’s request related with logistics
• Manage ERP system as well as warehouse (WMS) system
• Verify logistics charges with accounting team to ensure invoices match payments

[Qualifications]
Skills and Specifications:
• Strong knowledge of business processes, data analysis, quality control a logistics
• At least five years of experience as a customer service, managing customer’s broker and third-party logistics and logistics specialist
• Experience utilizing inventory management software, order fulfillment software
• Highly efficient in working through tasks, including ability to manager short- and long-term
projects and deadlines with multiple stakeholders
• Highly functional in Microsoft Excel, functional in PowerPoint and Word
• Experience working for an international organization is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or related field
