Overview: We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile ceremonies for a key client's enrollment and billing teams. The position requires experience with large teams and handling Jira and Jira Align. The contract is for 3 months, with potential for extension.

Position:

• Senior Scrum Master
• Remote with occasional travel to Washington, DC (twice a year).

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).
• Lead large meetings with up to 50+ participants and manage discussions with stakeholders.
• Manage Agile Release Trains (ART) consisting of 20 parts.
• Use Jira and Jira Align to track project progress.
• Drive team performance and continuous improvement as a Scrum Master.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper billing processes are followed.

Requirement Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading large, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent oral communication skills for handling large meetings and stakeholder interactions.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Align.
• Strong leadership, organization, and management skills.
• Experience managing large Agile Release Trains (ART).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Scrum certifications (CSM, SAFe, etc.) are a plus but not mandatory.
