Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our healthcare client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and Agile methodologies, with the ability to lead complex projects and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring they are productive and aligned with Agile principles
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners to optimize product backlog and sprint planning
• Mentor and train junior Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively
• Implement and oversee project management tools and best practices
• Create comprehensive reports on sprint progress and team performance
• Work closely with Data and Infrastructure teams, understanding the technical aspects of their projects
• Ensure adherence to healthcare standards and policies in all project activities

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 3 years in the healthcare domain
• Deep understanding of healthcare standards, policies, and regulations
• Proven track record of successfully leading Agile teams and implementing Scrum methodologies
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools
• Experience working with Data and Infrastructure projects and teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead and train junior Scrum Masters
• Proficiency in various project management and collaboration tools
• Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) or Agile (ACP) methodologies required
• PMP certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred
