Axion Contact is seeking motivated, sharp and well-spoken individuals for Call Center positions located in Blue Bell, PA for one the country’s leading healthcare providers. This is an extremely fast paced call center where our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for responding in a timely, professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities for Call Center Representatives:
- Customer Service, answering inbound or making outbound calls
- Following sets of outlined instructions, processes and procedures in accordance with the department and company policies.
- Communicate with patients/medical professionals
- Obtain necessary patient information to provide excellent customer service
- Good work ethic and attendance
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to work a 40 hour shift
Pay Increase after 60 Days
