The PRIMEDIA Network is the largest unwired network of Local TV Stations in the country. We have over 1000 TV stations in 184 markets nationwide including ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX stations. We primarily work with these stations to help them sell off their unsold inventory.

Currently we have 12 sales reps and are looking to grow.

We have a complex but simple sales process that includes scripts that need to be followed.

We are are seeking a Sales Trainer and Recruiter to become an integral part of our team! You will design and conduct training programs to improve individual and organizational performance. You will also listen to and monitor sales calls and then work the sales team members to improve their overall efficiency. In addition, you will be interviewing and training new sales reps.

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Trainer to join our team and drive the training and development of our sales staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, training, and mentoring others to achieve their full potential.

Duties
- Develop and deliver engaging sales training programs for new hires and existing sales team members
- Utilize various training methods to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service techniques
- Collaborate with sales managers to identify training needs and create customized training plans
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in sales training
- Provide coaching and support to sales representatives to improve performance

Experience
- Proven experience in sales training, preferably in a similar industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of talent acquisition, talent management, and employee evaluation processes
- Experience with cold calling techniques and social media management for recruitment purposes
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like iCIMS
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar HR software is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
