Partnership Manager—Inside Sales

Remote position

Salary: $45,000-$50,000 base salary plus commission

The Online Learning Consortium is seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Partnership Manager for our non-profit organization. The Partnership Manager supports the organization’s membership goals through professional sales techniques and exceptional customer service, maintains quality relations with existing accounts, and provides sales and marketing coverage.

What you will do:

This is a remote position where you will be working from home. The three primary responsibilities of the Partnership manager are:

• Conduct regular outreach to current members within the region to establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
• Increase the number of institutional members within the region by identifying and contacting potential members to meet territory goals
• Build, maintain, and effectively manage a healthy pipeline

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in a quota-carrying role with a strong track record of increasing revenue through prospecting, creating new business, and growing existing business.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar
• Prior experience working in a higher education environment is preferred
