We are looking for a Controller & Office Manager for our Englewood office.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Role Overview: As our Controller & Office Manager, you'll wear multiple hats, overseeing the smooth operation of our office while managing essential financial functions. You'll play a key role in our team, handling everything from accounting and payroll to internet marketing and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including handling invoices and orders, maintaining accurate financial records, and managing payroll and taxes.
• Office Management: Oversee general office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Marketing Support: Assist with internet marketing efforts to help grow our business presence.
• Customer Service: Answer phones, address client inquiries, and provide excellent support to our valued customers.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize QuickBooks, Paylocity, and Avalara software for various accounting and payroll functions.

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and office management.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Paylocity, and Avalara software
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Background and credit check required.
