Calling all Project Engineers! In this role, you will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Responsibilities:

• Lead problem identification, definition, analysis, solution generation, and solution implementation
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
• Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes
• Set, manage, and communicate project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
• Identify opportunities, develop alternatives, and recommend improvements to business processes
• Manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
• Participate in a collaborative work environment with Engineers, Technicians, and Supervisors
• Identify successful and unsuccessful project elements by conducting project post-mortems and creating a recommendations report
• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management
• Utilize Best Practices of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous improvement
• Follow cGMP’s

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity or engineering field
• Project Management skills for overall project success delivery
• Cost consciousness in managing project budgets
• Strong mathematical skills are needed in order to reduce risks and improve accuracy
• Demonstrate innovation in improving operations
• Functional experience in the use of AutoCAD, Inventor or Solid Works, Rockwell Automation software and control products
• Skilled in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project
• Working knowledge of JD Edwards and Database structures is a plus
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
