We are seeking a Personal Lines P&C Agent to join our award-winning team! We are hiring in Houston County for a full-time office position that offers great employee benefits in our growing community. Your responsibilities would be expanding our current book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. The position is not commission-based and offers regular hours Monday through Friday. Starting pay $15+ (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Staying up to date on insurance market and insurance carrier trends and requirements
Qualifications:
- 2+ Years experience in insurance preferred
- Valid Insurance License (P&C)
- High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Relevant experience in customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Experience in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
