We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Neighborhood Outreach Representative for our painting business. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with homeowners in local neighborhoods, promoting our professional painting services, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knock on doors to introduce homeowners to our painting services, including both interior and exterior painting options.
• Provide potential customers with information about our company, S&B Painting Services, and the benefits of choosing us.
• Answer basic questions about our painting process, pricing, and services.
• Distribute flyers, brochures, or business cards to interested homeowners.
• Collect contact information for follow-up from our sales team.
• Track daily visits and report on lead generation progress.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, approachable, and comfortable speaking with homeowners.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present information clearly.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods while visiting homes.

Pay

• $10/hour + $10 a lead
• Minimum of $18/hour if no leads gained
