Immediate W2 contract position available in Birmingham, AL (Hybrid).

Estimated Duration: 5 months

 

Desired Qualifications:

· Prepare, analyze and report monthly journals & Financial Statements for Property Company and (Property Co. Joint Ventures)

· Prepare, analyze (investment statements), and report monthly journals & Financial Statements for Foundation (Program Related Investments)

· Prepare, analyze (investment statements), and report monthly journals & Financial Statements for Business Charitable Trust

· Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations

· Prepare quarterly check request

· Assist with annual Tax Returns for the Foundation and Trust
