Job Title: Dental Office Receptionist

At Javier O. De La Garza, DDS,PA  we pride ourselves on providing exceptional dental care in a welcoming and friendly environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Office Receptionist to join our team and help us continue delivering excellent service to our patients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor
• Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries in a courteous manner
• Process patient payments and handle insurance verifications
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
• Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations
• Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred but NOT required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency with computers
• A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding patient care
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
