This person will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all equipment in the plant. Must have knowledge of circuit boards, relevant equipment, current practices, and strategies. Practical application experience in business management, resource allocation, leadership, production methods. Most importantly expert knowledge of how-to problem solves real word maintenance issues in real time.

Responsibilities include:

• Servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily based on mechanical and electronic principles.

• Examine objects, systems, or facilities and analyze information to determine needed installations, services, or repairs.
• Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions.
• Perform skilled repair or maintenance operations, using equipment such as hand or power tools, hydraulic presses or shears, or welding equipment.
• Develop or implement electronic maintenance programs or computer information management systems.
• Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment consistent with Arglass policies and procedures while striving for zero accidents.
• Maintain an effective working relationship within functional area and with other departments ensuring effective and timely communication.
• Partner with other department to resolve issue and create new solutions.
• Maintain administrative records and activities.
• Control cost and remain on budget.

Requirements: Education, Skills & Certifications

• Certification in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Maintenance
• Minimum 1 year's glass experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
• Ability to thrive in a highly dynamic and demanding position.
