Job Title: Travel Electrical Maintenance Technician to work at manufacturing facility in Lafayette, IN. Pay is set at $45 an hour and also includes $150 in per diem for all 7 days of the week totaling in/ up to $1050 in tax free per diem.

Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician with experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machines.
• The ideal candidate will handle automation machine tool electrical maintenance, working on a variety of CNC equipment including CNC mills, CNC lathes, CNC machining centers, and robotics.
• You will work with over 35 OEM machine brands and handle equipment such as P&H cranes/hoists, conveyors, furnaces, large part washers, ABB robots, and CNC machine tools.
• You will also be responsible for repairing CNC and PLC equipment with controllers from brands like Fanuc, Siemens, and Modicon.

Hard Skills

• Ability to troubleshoot PLC controls by going online and editing ladder logic
• Electrical troubleshooting through HMI-alter programs
• Controls experience (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Rockwell, Fanuc)
• AC/DC power experience
• Glass Scale Linear Encoder knowledge
