Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for Accounting and HR duties. This position comes with a nice large office not a cubicle. Normal business hours M-F 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Payroll Preparation and submission to P/R company
- Monthly close processes
- Bank Reconciliations
- Pricing and Margin Analyses (we will teach you this)
- Review and oversee sales tax collection, reporting & related tasks
- Inventory Valuations
- Prepare reports and provide information to management as required
- Work with outside CPA firm as required
- Make adjusting entries as required
- HR Duties
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Must be very professional and a team player
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Must have very strong Excel skills
- Must have good communication skills
- Strong people skills are a big plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Completed program in bookkeeping strongly preferred
